How does Almashows differ from Eventbrite or Ticketmaster?

Almashows is a white-label orchestrator, not a marketplace. Buyers pay the organizer's own Stripe account directly — the platform never custodies funds and never takes a per-ticket fee. Confirmation emails come from the organizer's verified Resend domain, and wallet passes carry the organizer's brand, not the platform's.

A Stripe account for payments, a Resend account for transactional email, and optionally an Airtable workspace for the spreadsheet-shaped denormalized view. Apple Wallet requires a paid Apple Developer Program enrollment.

Does Almashows generate native Apple Wallet passes?

Yes. Apple .pkpass bundles are zipped and X.509-signed in-process against the organizer's WWDR cert and signing key, then served directly from a Next.js route. No third-party PassKit SaaS in the path.

How does the door scanner work?

Accepted Answer

Door staff open /scanner on a phone, the app auto-suggests the current event based on local time, and the camera captures QR codes. A validation pipeline checks ticket status, validity window, event match, and multi-entry rules. Every scan is logged with the staff identifier for audit.
